Upper Leadership

Upper Leaders are a vital part of D-Group! As D-Group continues to grow and new Leaders join, we want to make sure everyone continues to feel supported and encouraged. Our Upper Leadership cares for Leaders through support, prayer, and encouragement.

Overview:

  • Chain of Communication

    • LEADERS > REGIONAL LEADERS > TEAM LEADERS > COACHES > D-GROUP TEAM 

    • This structure exists to encourage relationships. 

  • Care for Leaders assigned to you through support, prayer, and encouragement

  • Communicate ∼ twice per session with Leaders on either side of you

Skillset:

  • Gifted at caring for and encouraging others

  • Great listening and communication skills

  • Enjoys engaging with people

  • Good time management

  • Loves D-Group and supports its mission of Disciple-making!
