STEP 2 of 3: DEPOSIT
Use the link above to submit deposit (account email: email@example.com) immediately after filling out the registration form. Your registration will be deleted if payment isn't submitted along with this registration form above. NOTE: this is different from the email address for Shares payments.
In the payment, please add a note that you're paying for the Fall Retreat.
The cost of the retreat for regular registration is $299. We have 2 payment options:
A. STANDARD REGISTRATION: $99 deposit due upon registration / $200 balance due by Sept 15 (11:59pm Central Time).*
B. PAYMENT PLAN: $59 deposit due upon registration / four additional payments of $60 due by each date: Aug 1, Aug 15, Sept 1, Sept 15*
*Late Registration: If any portion of payment is made after 11:59pm Central Time on Sept 1, $25 late registration will be added.
All payments are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

If you don't have a printer/scanner, use one of the options below:
• For Smartphone / Tablet: Use the HelloSign app.
• For Computer: Use DocHub. Click on the document link. It will open as a Google Doc. Select "Open With" in the black toolbar at the top, and choose "DocHub" from the drop-down menu. DocHub will allow you to create a digital signature to paste on the form.
