Tentative Itineraries for Upcoming Trips:

     *This is the itinerary for our April 2018 trip, but the June trip will be similar. 

Cost includes:

• international airfare
• 4-star lodging**
• meals (except lunch, ~$12-15 daily)
• admission to all sites on the tour
• tour guide, tour bus, driver

**Our hotels vary based on availability, size of group, and time of year, but we usually aim for the following hotels whenever possible: Herod's Hertzliya (1 night near Tel Aviv), Nof Ginosaur (2 nights in the Galilee), Herod's Dead Sea (1 night), and Dan Panorama (3-4 nights in Jerusalem).

Cost does not include:

• tips (~$120, but specific price varies per trip and is noted on the form. Please bring cash in a sealed envelope with your name written on the outside, and give it to Moshe Malka upon arrival in Tel Aviv. He will pay all tips to driver, hotel bellboys, restaurants, etc.)
• lunch, ~$12-15 daily
• domestic flights may be additional

Important Note on Prices / Flights:

Tour cost is based on 12 attendees. Flight cost is based on departure from DFW. If you are departing from another city, your domestic flight may be additional. You do not have to fly through DFW if you're located elsewhere, but flights from smaller airports are typically more expensive. We recommend having our travel agent book your domestic flight in order to make sure we all arrive in Tel Aviv at the same time. At this point, flight costs are estimates, so our price is a general range and will be adjusted as the trip is finalized. 

The tour company will buy the flights for all attendees approximately 3 months prior to the trip, in order to make sure everyone is on the same flight. If you sign up for the trip after they purchase flights, your cost will likely be more expensive than our expected base rate.

If you are rooming alone, there will be an additional "single room supplement" (usually $700-1000) added to the cost of your trip. If you don't have a roommate, we will be happy to pair you with one, provided there are others who need roommates (this usually isn't a problem).

We require a minimum of 12 attendees to make the trips happen. These trips will likely fill up. We cap the trips at 20 attendees.

***Important Note About Trip Insurance
Travel insurance for baggage and personal items and medical insurance for health coverage and trip cancellation is not included in your package cost, but is highly recommended. We urge you to purchase cancellation insurance and supplemental medical coverage (which covers pre-existing conditions). This is a smart way to safeguard against life's surprises. We cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses which you or any member of your party may incur as a result of failure to secure adequate coverage.
