*Important Note About Prices / Flights:

Tour cost is based on a minimum of 12 attendees. Flight cost is based on departure from DFW. If you are departing from another city, your domestic flight may be additional. You do not have to fly through DFW if you're located elsewhere. Please note that flights from smaller airports are typically more expensive, so it's helpful if you list larger airport options when filling out the interest form. At this point, all flight costs are estimates, so our price is a general range and will be adjusted as the trip is finalized.

The tour company will buy the flights for attendees (unless you opt for "land only") approximately 3 months prior to the trip, in order to make sure everyone is on the same flight. If you sign up for the trip after the tour company purchases flights, your cost will likely be more expensive than our expected base rate.

If you opt for the "land only" trip: you will be responsible for making sure your arrival and departure flight times align with the ones the tour company has purchased for the other attendees. Additionally, you may need to secure your own transfers to/from the hotel. We will send you our flight info once the flight are booked, approximately 3 months prior to the trip.

If you are rooming alone: there will be an additional "single room supplement" (usually $700-1000) added to the cost of your trip. If you don't have a roommate, we will be happy to pair you with one, provided there are others who need roommates. We can't guarantee it, but it has worked well for many people.

We require a minimum of 12 attendees to make the trips happen. These trips will likely fill up. We usually cap the trips at ~25 attendees.

**Important Note About Hotels:

Our hotels vary based on availability, size of group, and time of year, but we usually aim for the following hotels whenever possible: Herod's Hertzliya (1 night near Tel Aviv), Nof Ginosaur (2 nights in the Galilee), Herod's Dead Sea (1 night), and Dan Panorama (3-4 nights in Jerusalem). While we can't guarantee these specific hotels on all trips, they're the ones we almost always stay in and we're usually able to secure them for our trips if we book far enough in advance. They all fall within Israel's 4-star range. Feel free to check websites and reviews online for more info.

We also offer the option to request an "upgrade" to your hotel package. For 2 nights, we'll probably all be staying in the same hotels (in the 4-star range). For 5-6 nights, we plan to offer a limited, optional hotel upgrade to a 5-star hotel OR for suites in the standard hotel (depending on hotel availability and interest). For the Deluxe Upgrade, the difference in rates will likely be in the range of $650 per person. You can request this upgrade when you register and we'll assign those on a first-come, first-served basis.

***Important Note About Trip Insurance:

**At this time, travels are required to have insurance that covers COVID. Read more here.

Travel insurance for baggage and personal items and medical insurance for health coverage and trip cancellation is not included in your package cost, but is highly recommended. We urge you to purchase cancellation insurance and supplemental medical coverage (which covers pre-existing conditions). This is a smart way to safeguard against life's surprises. We cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses which you or any member of your party may incur as a result of failure to secure adequate coverage.

We've made arrangements with SMS-Travel Insurance Center of Omaha, Nebraska. SMS has over 25 years of experience as worldwide insurance brokers and can help you choose the policy that best meets your needs.
